I bought these from heelspurs.com and if you want a comfortable and soft support look elsewhere. These are ROCK HARD!The arch support is so rigid and HIGH! I stood on these for about 2-3hours in the lab and I could feel my blood circulation being cut off from where the arch support meets my feet. I didn't have any arch pain but I sure did find out what arch pain feels like after using these things!
I don't have planar fasciitis so maybe that is why they feel so awful for me. Perhaps people with planar fasciitis will feel much better after having a solid piece of polymer jam high into their foot arch but not I!
There is also this "Pinnacle" version of this insole and I cannot even begin to imagine the pain that would cause...
