We ordered this item, when we received it the size was wrong. Somehow Size 8 1/2 became size 12. Now the invoice inside the package even said 8 1/2, so some how the warehouse that prepared the package made the gooof. So you would think that customer service would respond fast and send a replacement, after 3 emails nothing. Then to kick it off we use a private courier to get our packages due to where we live, that cost $$$$, who is going to pay to receive the new package (if it ever comes) and who will pay to mail the first and wrong package back to the seller. There policy states that if they dont receive the original package back, the cost for it wil be charged to your credit card, AGAIN STILL NOTHING FROM THEM>>>>>> I guess I spent $100.00 for the dog to have a new toy.................Product Description
