I purchased these shoes in my normal size 6. I have a narrow heel and I walked right out of them at work!! I obviously need a 5.5, but I placed a heel pad in them and I can at least wear them now! I did, however, receive many compliments on them by my co-workers. I wore them with a metallic gray pair of dress pants and a black turtleneck with silver jewelry.
