I was nervous about wearing these Ellie shoes because they are 8" so I expected them to look "too much" for my feet and legs. But they are the perfect height and size for the design, which is done in red and black glitter, and they do an excellent job of accentuating the legs. What I was most pleased about was how light they are for 8" heels. They feel weighted and secure in your hands but are not so heavy that they weigh you down like some shoes I've handled. They are a little narrow, though, which surprised me, but the plastic stretches with your feet and after a few minutes it's no longer uncomfortable. These are my first pair of 8" heels and I am absolutely thrilled. They don't feel wobbly or too high at all and do a great job of supporting my ankles. The arch is comfortable as well. I don't have high arches in my feet so finding both sexy and comfortable shoes can be a problem so I was extra pleased with the arch. The highest heel that I've gone before these was 6 3/4" and these blended right in with my transition. These shoes are both sexy and beautiful and are sure to catch any onlooker's eye.
