Review of R-Clogz Lights Lightweight Injected Clog with Patented "Rocker" Technology

First of all, I have a pair of Rockers clogz.They are wonderful and have lasted me a long time.I decided to get a new pair and found out that Amazon uses a company named ShoeBuy to distribute these shoes.To make a long story short, I had the wrong shoes sent to me 3 different times.Their customer service said that all they could do to make things right was to give me a 20% discount on my order.They wasted over a month and a half of my time and did not value the satisfaction of their customer at all.I think the problem is that the warehouse people don't know what they are doing and the people in the office don't care enough to make things right.I have never written a negative review before but I hope to help someone else not to make the same mistake as I made.
