My spouse has severe sciatica and foot pain. We have tried many combinations of cushions, orthotics, and air encapsulated heel supports. Unfortunately, the air supported cushion types are encapsulated in soft plastic which is not comfortable or provide a more uniform pressure distribution between the heel and device. I spotted the memory foam cushions initially at Walgreens and recognized the foam material as of the type that has high internal hysteresis. These have worked the best. When we could no longer find these cushions at Walgreens, we found them on Amazon.com. i could have rated the cushions a 5, but left some room for something better with a 4 rating.Product Description
