I wore them into a grocery store with linoleum tiles and nearly fell!At first, I thought it was a one incident occurence.But whenever I step into a place with tiles or smooth walking surface, I nearly slip.I look at the bottom of my shoes and realize that the sole is lined with a velvet-like texture, which then makes sense as to why I have zero-grip strength when I'm walking. However, ties often come undone and drag, with the boot loosening or coming off, no matter how securely the ties are fastened or wrapped around grommets.Sole cusion is minimal/essentially nonexistent, so this counter-acts the top comfort.GREAT however, if you want this look, have time to air them, and don't have much walking to do.

They're high but the platform provides a very secure center of balance. The price on this product was excellent - I got 3 pairs of insoles for $9.99 + shipping.I've had crummy magnetic insoles and really good magnetic insoles - these are pretty good.

They have nubs which massage your feet - I like the nubs, but some people might find them more irritating than beneficial in which case a thicker or softer pair of socks would help.The magnetic benefit of these insoles doesn't seem to be as good as some of the others I've tried, but it's not bad.It could be more me than the insoles.I recently had a foot injury - which is why I bought these magnetic insoles again. I'd used them before, and liked the homedics product (I generally tend to really like all the homedics products and find them to be very beneficial), and was really happy to find them at this price.The seller shipped them to me very quickly, so I was able to start using them w/in a week of the injury.

I'm hopeful that given some time and more use, my feet will feel a lot better.

Review of Naughty Monkey Women's Crossize Pump

I bought these because I figured they were such low heels (I'm comfy in 4"). Strange thing is, the sizing on these. Any bigger and they'd be un-wearable, yet any smaller and they'd crush my toes more. I think it's the cut. I'm really hoping that they soften up w/ time or something, which kinda' sucks because that means I'll have to endure the pain of wearing them over and over. I will say that the design, aesthetically speaking, is pretty good. They will work w/ jeans and w/ office clothes. I'm a little disappointed though, I was looking forward to having low-heeled black shoes that were actually hot, which is very hard to find. I am very happy that I caught these on sale.

Review of Alki'i "Fusion" Multi-Color Stripe Women's Flip Flop

Overall these worked well for me. These are firmer flip flops, and it takes a couple days to break them in, but for the price it's worth it. The only thing I didn't really care for was the plastic tubing on the toe strap. After I cut that off, they were far more comfortable. Although wouldn't suggest these for anyone looking for a 'cushy' flip flops. On the plus side, they do have tread on the bottom so you don't slip and slide so much.

Review of Funtasma by Pleaser Women's Halloween VICTORIAN-120

I usually wear size 6-6/12 and I ordered these in a 6, hoping they wouldn't be too tight.They run at least a size larger - I have room for a thick pair of wool socks.

I have thin calves, and finding fitted boots that don't gap too much is difficult.While there is a 1" gap even with the laces pulled tight, it's not as bad as most "less-expensive" boots.

The boots are slightly tapered through the ankle, but not enough to make them form-fitting.There is SOME taper, however, so they don't look as cloddish as others I have tried.

They seem sturdy and as if they will make it through the season with out incident.

3 stars - they aren't as poorly designed/constructed as other inexpensive boots, but they aren't as nice as more expensive brands.They are definitely cute and will serve their purpose.

IIRC, shipping seemed high.

This shoe hurt the first couple of weeks from a big seam on the inside of the left shoe.Be it a flaw in all the shoes or just this one, I don't know, but now the shoe feels great after breaking it in.If my old sneakers wouldn't have been in such bad shape, I would have returned them. Now I love the shoes.They are perfect for walking, and my job requires a lot of standing, so they give me a lot of support.

I really love these shoes and got them in green. They are surprisingly nuetral in color and go with a lot.My only gripe is that they are very flat, had to get arch supports. I have worn them almost everyday since getting them.

Review of Nike Women's Zoom Structure Triax+ 12 Running Shoe

i originally was going to buy the mizuno alchemy 8 from amazon...
luckily for me, the vendor didn't have it in stock...
so i went to my local store that had them and tried them on...
HATED it...
but then i found the nike structure triax 12...
i put them on and loved loved loved them...
it's been about 4 years since i've loved my sneakers, so i'm in heaven...
especially since i wear them every day for work...
(in fact, i just ordered a 2nd pair from amazon today)
anyway...
they have ample room in the front for bunions and corns...
( i know, ewww...get over it, it's life)
and it supports my high arch...
oh and they're SOOOoooo comfy...and cushy...
and i feel like my foot is more stable than it's ever been...
(or at least in 4 years, since i owned new balance #856)
so...i highly recommend these shoes to anyone who likes stability without feeling like you're wearing a coffin on your feet...
they look great and feel great!
i couldn't ask for more in a sneaker right now...
one thing though...
unless your feet run really big, or you run really long distance races, don't bother sizing up more than a size from your dress shoes...
(long distance runners need an extra half size to avoid black toe)
i wear a 9 in 'shoes' and a 10 in these...though the sales person thought that i should go to 10.5...
but you have to go by how YOU feel...and the 10 was perfect, since i'm not running at all these days, except maybe to catch the bus...
anyway...i love this shoe...try it on and you will too...

The dark flower design on them is very tasteful.The rubber bottoms are kind of stinky, but after being aired out the odor is not noticeable.These shoes are very comfortable, but if you do not have an instep or have fallen arches, be warned that these types of shoes have no arch support.

Review of Rocket Dog Jointed

I bought these shoes and instantly fell in love with them. They became my favorite shoes, and I wore them almost every day. I was disappointed, however, because they began to fall apart after only a few months. I still am able to wear them, but the seams are tearing out at the sides, and the elastic has stretched, so the shoes do not fight as snugly as before. They are very cute, though- look great with jeans, shorts, etc. They just aren't necessarily built for long-term hard wearing.
