At first I received the shoe box and shoes were damaged and I provided a negative feedback for my order. However, Summit saw the negative feedback and agreed to replace the shoes for me. I said that would be fine, but thought and decided since it was so close to Christmas I would rather just have a refund and go purchase a pair of shoes locally, to which they agreed. This is where the problem comes in, the sales rep (Debbie) requested that I remove my negative feedback immediately to which I responded that I would gladly remove the feedback once the transaction was complete and I had my money refunded in full and they said their shoes in hand. She did not see it this way, she insisted that I remove the feedback NOW. I was waiting for the money to hit my account when I received a phone call on a Saturday afternoon stating that I had my money back so I should remove the feedback NOW and that I should have removed it along time ago. I felt that this was very poor customer service, as no transaction is complete until both the buyer and the seller have received what they were expecting, and until that day I had not received my full refund, and I thought that it was very rude for her to insist that I change my feedback immediately on a Saturday afternoon/evening.Product Description
