I bought these boots because I read other reviews that stated that the boots stretched and were able to fit larger than average calfs. I bought them to wear out the night of my birthday and was disapointed and embarrassed when they did not fit. I do not have abnormally large calfs but the department store boots are usually tight to zip up. These did not even zip up. Returning them seemed the only option. But then I find out that I have to pay to ship them back and the shipping and handling fee I originally paid is not re-imbursed. AND THERE IS A 10% "RE-SHELVING FEE".
