I've been running in Brooks Trance 7 shoes for the past couple years, believing they were the best...I found an article and the website for SPIRA and thought I give them a try. WOW!These shoes are truly amazing.I run in 5Ks...up to Half-Marathons.These shoes help incredibly with the impact on my joints...they're great!I'm currently training to run a full marathon and with these shoes...it won't be a problem!!
