I've been ordering this shoe for over 5 years now, I'm a small framed runner and take a size 8 1/2 which fits perfectly. I wear orthodics and recently running with Powerstep insoles (much less expensive than my $$$ orthodics that were in need of replacement). See my other reviews - Adidas Supernova Glide (another good fitting shoe) and the Adidas Women's Kanadia TR Running size 9 M womens, nice shoe as well which I had to order a size up which fits - read numerous reviews recommending.
