Review of Spenco Arch Cushions (Full Length), Women's Size 9/10, Men's Size 8/9

I love these arch cushions.I have a pair in every set of shoes and boots I own.I do have to adjust what size shoes I buy, when purchasing shoes.I bring a new pair to the shoe store with me and insert them into all the shoes I try on.I had plantar facitis (sp?) 10 years ago and these cushions, along with good shoes, help from having it again.
