I run about 3 miles but I have knee/hip problems on top of my flat feet so I am very VERY picky when it comes to running shoes.These are by far the best running shoes ever!These are true to size and have the best cushion.I am not crazy about a lot of the color combos but it's the cushion that sold me.The cushion will wear out depending how much you run & mine wore out after about a year.Product Description
