The shoes themselves are pretty cute, but rather uncomfortable.They started to bug my feet a couple minutes after I put them on.They may also run a teensy bit small.Do NOT, however, order these from Solestruck!TERRIBLE vendor.The shoes I first received were too small.Now most major shoes sites (like endless and zappos) offer free return shipping.They charged $5.Okay, no big deal, I can deal with that.
Then the site tells you that if you need a new size, they recommend immediately placing an order for the new pair while the return is being processed.Being the trusting person that I am, I followed their advice and ordered a new pair while I sent the old ones back in.
Needless to say, I was shocked and a little dismayed that they refused to refund me the money on the old pair, saying they were "too scuffed up."I had tried the shoes on for a total of two minutes (in my carpeted office).How damaged could they possibly be from that?Not to mention, I had only ordered the new pair on their recommendation, and now I was stuck paying for two?I felt rather scammed at that.They also required you to pay $15 to just get the shoes back!Shoes that I already owned and were free to ship in the first place?Ridiculous.
So, lesson learned.Only stick with reputable online shoe vendors from now on (Zappos is a marvelous place).
