I used this product as an additional support for my heels.This was an impulse purchase given the fact that it is almost half the cost of a decent pair of sneakers.But the support it gives to the foot is great.Even though I have got no foot problems (Thank God), it gives great stability to the feet apart from arch and heel support.As compared to the brands available in supermarkets, thisproduct beats them hands down.Great product.
